  I've used this firm for quite a while now for the same journey every time, I know they are usually £1 more expensive than all of the rest of the taxi firms in Wellingborough. However upon this journey, just the same as all the rest, I was quoted £7.00 by the phone operator, the screen in the car stated £7.00, yet my change from a £10 note was only £1.50... this set alarm bells ringing for me, to which I immediately contested my change.
  
  The response from the driver was "It's £7.00 to Wellingborough, but because your drop off is on an estate we have to charge you the extra", I immediately called the office to contest the charge with them, because of course... they had quoted me a price, and told the drive the price... yet they wouldn't do a single thing and told me I will have to call again on Monday morning to speak with the manager. at this point the driver was becoming more and more aggressive in his mannerisms because I'm saying he's over charging me....
  
  Absolutely shocking service, no support for the customer, and could care less about the customer, all they want is your money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
  
  If you want a better service, or some actually customer service, I would advise you either use Simply Cabs (01933 400 400) or Lee Cabs (01933 442 444)

  Turned up 15 minutes late, no apologies, and made me miss my train!! I even tried calling the office to see where it had got to, and they didn't answer and even picked up just to hung up the phone, to add annoyance i even got the text telling me it was waiting outside 5 mins before it even showed up, could of been a little cleaner in the car too... will not be using again and wish I had seen the reviews before looking for a taxi to book.
